Meeting 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting 2022 of the Association will be held at the School Hall of Sacred Heart Canossian College at 2 Chi Fu Close, Pokfulam, Hong Kong, on 19 November 2022 (Saturday) at 11:30 am for the following purposes:-
To adopt the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 20 November 2021;
To review and adopt the Annual Report for the year 2021-2022;
To review and adopt the Treasurer’s Report for the year ended 30 June 2022;
To appoint Chan & Yee CPA & Co. as auditors of the Association;
To appoint Legal Advisor;
Any Other Business.
