Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting 2023 of the Association will be held at the Banquet Hall, 1/F Centenary Building, Craigengower Cricket Club, 188 Wong Nai Chung Road, Hong Kong on 17th November 2023 (Friday) at 6.30 pm for the following purposes:-
1. To adopt the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 19th November 2022.
2. To review and adopt the Annual Report for the year 2022 - 2023.
3. To review and adopt the Treasurer’s Report for the year ended 30th June 2023.
4. To elect Executive Committee Members for the 2023-2025 term.
5. To appoint an Auditor.
6. To appoint an Honorary Legal Advisor.
7. Any Other Business.
To facilitate the Association’s arrangement, members are requested to pre-register for attending the Annual General Meeting by completing and returning the registration form attached below by 3 pm, 10th November 2023.
