Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting 2025 of the Association will be held at the Activity Room, Sacred Heart Canossian College, 2 Chi Fu Close, Pokfulam, Hong Kong on 22 November 2025 (Saturday) at 3 pm for the following purposes:-
1. To adopt the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 9 November 2024.
2. To review and adopt the Annual Report for the year 2024 - 2025.
3. To review and adopt the Treasurer’s Report for the year ended 30 June 2025.
4. To elect Executive Committee Members for the 2025-2027 term.
5. To appoint an Auditor for the year 2025-2026.
6. To appoint an Honorary Legal Advisor.
7. Any Other Business.
