Class of 1974, 45th Anniversary Celebration
2019 was a very special year for our class as we have planned to celebrate our once every 5-year reunion. In spite of the social turmoil in the latter half of the year, the organizing committee steadfastly carried on with the organizing work while refusing to call off the celebration with constant review of the risks posed by the reality. By God’s grace and with the full support from the class, our guests, including Sisters and teachers, the 45th Anniversary reunion dinner and a homecoming visit of the Canossian Missions had successfully taken place.
Reunion Dinner at the Craigengower Cricket Club (7
November 2019)
7 overseas and 32 local classmates together with our beloved Sisters and teachers enjoyed our reunion dinner with fine dining, singing, lucky draw, sharing of good old school memories and photo/video shooting.
Donation
We raised a donation dedicating it to the welfare of the sisters residing in the Bakhita House of the Canossian Missions.
Homecoming visit to the School Chapel and Canossian
Missions (9 November 2019)
A guided tour visit to the School Chapel (Sacred Heart Chapel) in Caine Road and an afternoon tea with the sisters at Bakhita House Canossian Missions on 9 November made a perfect wrap up to our celebration.
We especially cherish this almost missed opportunity of gathering in 2019 and keenly look forward to our next 50th Anniversary celebration in 2024.
